I moved my young family to a foreign country where I didn’t know the language or culture, and it changed the trajectory of my life. I’m adventure seeking. I am obsessed with finishing what I start. You know what I’m thinking because I wear it on my face. I pick the hardest path to prove to myself I can do it and do it well.

I spend a lot of time thinking about other people’s experiences, specifically customers. What makes experiences truly memorable? How might we create experiences that stand out and delight customers? How does the humanization of experiences create loyalty?
