Design, Insights

For me, it has always been about the knowing your audience and, together, telling the right story.

I first learned to listen, reflect and co-create while working with museums and galleries. During those years, my “How might we’s…?” focused on challenging historical narratives to craft meaningful stories for our modern communities. Each exhibition was an opportunity to activate old collections through the involvement of new voices and perspectives.

At Doblin, I leverage this curiosity to create similar, inclusive services and experiences in and outside of public organizations. My work now focuses on using participatory, empathetic research to accurately highlight stories which may otherwise be lost.

I believe only then will we empower larger, more diverse groups of users with solutions built not only on their needs but enriched by their unique worldviews!
