I believe “creativity” and “adding value” are friends, not enemies. I believe every complex problem deserves a unique perspective, not a cookie-cutter answer. I believe every individual user’s story is an important piece of the puzzle, not an outlier to be ignored. At Doblin, I work with clients to step through a design-led approach to develop human-centered solutions to their most difficult challenges.

Though I am a business strategist by training, I consider myself cross-functional given my background in sociology and passion for design. Being multi-disciplinary has allowed me to bring a unique perspective to solving problems and designing user experiences for clients and their customers. It has also allowed me to work seamlessly and collaboratively with diverse teams of designers, researchers, technologists, and analysts.

I rejoined Doblin in 2017 after pursuing a 2-year MBA program at Kellogg School of Management. During that time, I served as a brand advisor to two local Chicago startups. Prior to business school, I spent four years as a strategy and innovation consultant, with a particular focus in brand, marketing, and innovation strategy across a variety of industries from luxury beauty to healthcare.

MBA – Kellogg School of Management; BA in Sociology / BS in Environmental Economics & Policy / Minor in Public Policy – University of California, Berkeley
