I am a research and business lead focused on creating exceptional human-centered experiences for users. My passion lies in solving the toughest challenges that clients are facing by uncovering the unmet needs of users and translating those needs into viable solutions.

In my role, I use design research methods to uncover insights leading to the identification of innovation opportunity areas for clients. Working in a multi-disciplinary team of designers, strategists, researchers and technologists, I look to design experiences and bring them to life within these identified opportunity areas.

Prior to joining Doblin, I worked as a customer experience and digital consultant with Deloitte Digital in Ireland. My work there focused on customer journey diagnostics, new experience design and digital transformation, predominantly within the Financial Services industry.
