Design, Insights

New York

I sit at the intersection of design and research, bridging the gap between understanding human needs and designing solutions. My passion lies in using design as a tool to make a positive impact in people’s lives. Centering community voices and lived experiences through thoughtful research methods and holistic design thinking. Building community capacity for social innovation and restoring equity.

I have an industrial design background from the Rhode Island School of Design, concentrating in research methods, service design, community building, equitable design practices and urban planning. My past work spans the public, private, and social sectors to tell stories, connect dots and most importantly address real needs. My design practice is ever evolving as I tackle new challenges, build a stronger consciousness of social issues and work with people across industries.

I am a global citizen; British, Indian, brought up in Malaysia, with a definition of home that is constantly shifting. When I am not working you can find me running, cooking with my family, painting, watching the Great British Bake Off or enjoying the sun.
