Growing up in a small town, I quickly realized that successful communities rely on input from their neighbours. They rely on collaboration. While studying engineering, I saw this first hand: no problem can be solved in isolation, without considering every other angle.
When I pursued a business degree, I learned that all this collaboration and all these perspectives influence more than what we're designing, but why we're designing it and how we'll execute on it.
Doblin allows me to combine my passion for answering both the how and the why. Our firm gives us the unique opportunity to knock on neighbours' doors. In doing so, we develop holistic understandings of the problems, and we design solutions for communities that depend wholly on the user.
