Design, Insights

Toronto

I am continuously plugged into three power outlets - creativity, curiosity and empathy.

Growing up across the Middle East, Europe and North America, I have developed a natural curiosity for people’s stories and motivations. This curiosity fuels the discovery work I do to support clients.

I believe that great design begins with capturing the dread and delight of human experiences, and then solving for unmet needs. I am at my best at the intersection of storytelling, de-risking innovation and helping organizations create services that center people over processes. In my practice, I get to dream about what is possible and, then, execute creatively and collaboratively.

Previously, I worked in Global Health, with a focus on child nutrition, neonatal care and COVID-19 vaccine misinformation. My research is published in the Journal of Pediatrics.

Outside the office, I am an avid photographer, a theatre lover, an almond croissant aficionado and a big thrill seeker!
